Medical confirmations are not a health insurance benefit

  • Gym­nastics exemp­ti­on, school con­fir­ma­ti­on are free of charge!
  • short con­fir­ma­ti­ons (“two-liner”), care exemp­ti­on 20,- €
  • detail­ed cer­ti­fi­ca­te, con­fir­ma­ti­on of tra­vel can­cel­la­ti­on insuran­ce, fit­ness exami­na­ti­on etc. 75,- €

accord­ing to the agree­ment bet­ween the insuran­ce asso­cia­ti­on and ÖÄK:

  • medi­cal cer­ti­fi­ca­te for life insuran­ce accord­ing to §4 154,00 €
  • Doctor’s infor­ma­ti­on about ana­mnes­ti­cal­ly known data acc. to §5 42,00 €

Rates:

All ser­vices are bil­led to the health insuran­ce com­pa­nies. The pre­re­qui­si­te for this is a valid ecard issued to the patient.

It is not pos­si­ble for GKK-insu­red pati­ents to chan­ge their gene­ral prac­ti­tio­ner during a quar­ter. If you have alrea­dy been trea­ted by a col­league in the cor­re­spon­ding quar­ter, your ecard is “blo­cked” and bil­ling with the GKK is not pos­si­ble. Howe­ver, you can app­ly to the GKK for a release, sta­ting valid rea­sons (e.g. relocation).

Tarife:

Alle Kas­sen­leis­tun­gen wer­de über die Kran­ken­kas­sen abge­rech­net. Vor­aus­set­zung dafür ist eine auf den Pati­en­ten aus­ge­stell­te, gül­ti­ge ecard.

Ein Wech­sel des Haus­arz­tes wäh­rend eines Quar­tals ist bei GKK ver­si­cher­ten Pati­en­ten nicht mög­lich. Soll­ten Sie bereits in dem ent­spre­chen­den Quar­tal bei einem Kol­le­gen in Behand­lung gewe­sen sein, ist Ihre ecard “gesperrt” und eine Abrech­nung mit der GKK nicht mög­lich. Sie kön­nen aller­dings bei der GKK ein Frei­ga­be unter Anga­be von trif­ti­gen Grün­den (zB Umzug) beantragen.

  • Euro 154,- : ärzt­li­ches Attest für Lebensversicherung
  • Euro 42,-: Arzt­aus­kunft über ana­mnes­tisch bekann­te Daten für Versicherungen
  • Euro 90,-: Pati­en­ten­ver­fü­gung erstellen
  • Euro 50,-: Pati­en­ten­ver­fü­gung erneuern
  • Euro 79,-: erwei­ter­te Gesundenuntersuchung
  • Euro 20,-: Imp­fung (ohne Impfstoff)
  • Euro 25,-: Vit­amin C Hoch­do­sis Infusion
