How it works:

Initi­al registration:

(CGM Life eService)

At the first regis­tra­ti­on you have to regis­ter with name, date of birth and email address and crea­te a pass­word (remem­ber it!!!)!

Sub­se­quent registrations:

enter email and pass­word and sim­ply book/cancel an appointment.

You can book direct­ly 24h dif­fe­rent types of appoint­ments (ordination/doctor’s con­sul­ta­ti­on, blood sam­pling, pre­ven­ti­ve exami­na­ti­on, …). A con­fir­ma­ti­on email will be sent automatically.

With your access data, you can also book appoint­ments online with all col­leagues who use this system!
